FICTIONAL PRODUCT VISUALIZATION · NO VENUE DEPLOYMENT SHOWN
Lobby Host

Good morning. Who are you here to see?

Visitor

I have a nine o’clock interview.

You are checked in for the ninth floor. I have let them know you have arrived.

TARGET WORKFLOW / INDUSTRY 07 / COWORKING AND OFFICES

One receptionist for every company in the building.

Office lobbies serve dozens of tenants with one desk. This target workflow explores visitor welcome, tenant navigation and arrival notification through a future Terminal or Host deployment.

WHERE THE AGENT STANDS

The lobby, working for every tenant.

Visitors, couriers and candidates all arrive at the same desk. The agent gives each of them the welcome the building promised its tenants.

01 / THE WELCOME

Every visitor greeted

Guests, couriers and candidates are welcomed and understood, whatever they arrived for.

02 / THE DIRECTORY

The right tenant, instantly

Company, floor, suite and meeting room, resolved in one question and drawn as a route.

03 / THE NOTICE

Hosts know their guest arrived

Check-in notifies the person being visited, so nobody waits at the wrong elevator.

AN INTERVIEW THAT STARTS ON TIME

Checked in, routed, announced.

A candidate arrives for an interview on the ninth floor. The Host Agent checks her in, notifies the interviewer and draws the route to the correct elevator bank and meeting room.

Behind her, a courier asks in another language for the same tenant's mailroom and gets a different route, from the same calm receptionist.

PILOT HYPOTHESES / FOR BUILDING OPERATIONS

Building operations sees the lobby working.

Aggregate arrival patterns become staffing, access and tenant-service decisions, without tracking individuals. These are operating questions a pilot is designed to test, not results from a deployed fleet.

01 / DEMAND

See the lobby's rhythm

Visitor and delivery volume by hour shows when the front of house is under pressure.

02 / TENANTS

Serve every company fairly

Which tenants receive the most visitors and what their guests need on arrival.

03 / SERVICE

Catch the failed arrivals

Unresolved visits and wrong-floor moments reach building staff as handoffs.

04 / IMPROVE

Make the building easier

Recurring confusion becomes better signage, directory entries and access flows.
