HOST AGENTS / ROADMAP CONCEPT

A voice and visual people can approach.

Host is our roadmap for giving the same grounded service an embodied voice and visual presence. It is not deployed; the public software demo explores the interaction while Terminal remains the first physical product.

TARGET INTERFACE / ARTIFICIAL CONCIERGE INTELLIGENCE

More than a character on a screen.

A future Host would combine a chosen identity with approved knowledge, spatial understanding, supported actions, consent boundaries and human escalation. The intended service remains the same: grounded help first, and a person whenever judgment matters.

SKYE / FICTIONAL DEMO HOSTAn interaction concept, not a deployed Host.
VOICE

Natural spoken interaction and visible captions.

VISUAL

A brand-aligned human, character, abstract host or licensed artist likeness.

KNOWLEDGE

Grounded answers from the systems the venue approves.

ACTION

Routes, service flows, private continuation and human handoff.

SERVICE CHARACTER

Ready for the moment and the repetition.

A good physical host needs more than a friendly voice. It must remain reliable under pressure, understand its limits and protect the operational priority of the place.

01

Patient by design

The hundredth repeated question receives the same calm attention as the first.

02

Grounded in the place

Approved venue knowledge, policies and house rules shape every response and supported action.

03

Empathetic, not performative

The host acknowledges the situation, speaks clearly and knows when a person should take over.

04

Multilingual

One approachable interface can welcome visitors who would otherwise struggle to ask for help.

ARTIST AND FAN EXPERIENCES

Meet the artist before the show starts.

With a rights holder's approval, a future Host could carry a licensed likeness and voice. The concept is an artist-controlled interface for fan questions, venue guidance and clearly disclosed campaigns.

  • Licensed likeness, approved voice, artist-controlled answers
  • Photo moments with the artist host
  • Venue questions, schedules and routes in one conversation
  • Official merchandise and fan campaigns, clearly labeled

LONGER-TERM INTERFACE RESEARCH

A host can step out of the screen.

Our roadmap explores how the grounded Terminal service could later appear through transparent displays, projection, volumetric systems and directional audio.

The surface changes. The intelligence does not. The same approved knowledge, spatial twin, house rules, consent choices and human handoff remain underneath.
