ABOUT SIMULATINGMACHINES

AI belongs in the physical world too.

While most service AI is focused on resolving support online, we build it for the moment a person is standing inside a store, airport, venue or public space and needs help there.

ARTIFICIAL CONCIERGE INTELLIGENCE / ACI

A service layer for the place people are standing.

Artificial Concierge Intelligence is the term we coined for this architecture. ACI connects an approachable host to approved knowledge, a spatial understanding of the environment, supported actions and a clear human handoff. It is the philosophy that drives every Terminal Agent and Host Agent we deploy.

OUR MISSION

Make helpful AI present wherever people need assistance.

Not only wherever they can open a browser, download an app or find the right website.

OUR VISION

Every complex place becomes understandable.

Every visitor can ask in their language, while staff focus where judgment and human care matter most.

OUR ORIGINS / AMSTERDAM

Two builders, one conviction.

SimulatingMachines started in Amsterdam with a simple observation: AI had become remarkably good at helping people online, while the queue at the information desk, the shop floor and the reception never got shorter. Two builders came together to close that gap, building the terminals, the models, the voices and the venue maps as one system. The ambition is infrastructure nobody has built before: a universal physical support layer any store, venue or institution can deploy.

THE PHYSICAL AI SYSTEM

Presence, intelligence and place.

Our product is not only the screen or the host. The value comes from connecting the complete service chain.

01

Terminal Agents

The physical points of service in the store, venue, airport or reception.

02

Host Agents

The approachable voices, visual identities and multilingual conversations.

03

Spatial AI

The digital twin, exact locations and animated routes through the environment.

04

Experience intelligence

The privacy-respectful signals that show what visitors need and where service breaks.

MAP THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The physical space is only half the map.

Every interaction can become a privacy-respectful operational signal. In aggregate, questions and journeys show what visitors cannot find, where they hesitate and which needs still require a person. The same resolution data flows back to your team, so the venue improves alongside the fleet.

01 / QUESTIONS

What people need

Aggregate topic patterns reveal missing information, recurring concerns and demand by place and time.

02 / ROUTES

Where journeys break

Route starts, completions and abandoned paths show where signage, layout or service design creates friction.

03 / RESOLUTION

What remains unresolved

Handoffs, repeated questions and explicit satisfaction inputs help teams improve content and staffing.

04 / OPERATIONS

What to improve next

Privacy-respectful trends can inform service placement, stock visibility, wayfinding and frontline support.

TRUST IS PART OF THE INTERFACE

Helpful, grounded and honest about its limits.

Approved systems own facts, routes, policies and supported actions. Private or complex situations have an explicit route to staff rather than a confident guess.

01

Clear consent

Voice and identification begin only after the person chooses them.

02

Grounded answers

Operational facts come from sources the venue approves and maintains.

03

Human escalation

Safety, emotion and judgment always retain a path to a person.

04

Service before commerce

Safety, accessibility and operational guidance stay separate from sponsored moments.

START WITH YOUR PLACE

Show us where people get stuck.

We will map the questions, information sources, supported actions and human handoffs that make the first deployment useful.
