Entrances, seats and schedules
Guests find the right gate, their block and what time everything happens, in any language.
TARGET WORKFLOW / INDUSTRY 03 / ARENAS, CONCERTS AND EVENTS
The whole crowd arrives with the same recurring questions. This roadmap concept combines grounded venue guidance with separately licensed artist moments and clear disclosure.
WHERE THE AGENT STANDS
A live event is three journeys in one night. The agent owns the practical questions so staff can own the exceptions.
Guests find the right gate, their block and what time everything happens, in any language.
With approval, a Host Agent carries a licensed likeness, hosts photo moments and answers as part of the show.
Merch stands, water, exits and the last train home, routed from where the guest is standing.
TARGET WORKFLOW / ZOOMED IN / MAIN CONCOURSEA GUEST, AN HOUR BEFORE DOORS
A fan arrives early and meets the official artist host: licensed likeness, approved voice and answers the artist controls. She asks when doors open, hears the schedule and takes a photo moment home.
Then the practical part: the host routes her past the merch stand to her entrance and flags the quickest transit option for after the encore, with every sponsored moment clearly labeled.
PILOT HYPOTHESES / FOR EVENT OPERATIONS
Question spikes and route pressure become live signals for the control room and better plans for the next event. These are operating questions a pilot is designed to test, not results from a deployed fleet.
Question volume by zone and minute shows where guests are uncertain right now.
Route requests reveal which entrances, stands and corridors are about to be busy.
Lost property, access needs and incidents reach staff as structured handoffs.
Aggregate patterns feed layout, staffing and signage decisions for the next show.
